The NaraPlaza is an Ethereum blockchain-based NFT collection of up to 15,000 Yoshi Nara’s avatars. Yoshitomo Nara‘s artistic perspective was incorporated into this collection, he’s a Japanese painter whose work has been shown all around the world. Since 1984, Nara has hosted over 40 solo exhibitions.

The first 10,500 Yoshi Nara (Tier I 70%) are all programmatically generated with restricted qualities, while the following 3000 (Tier II 20%) will have more traits like assesoris and hardwares. Yoshi Nara will have the most detailed expression in the last 1500 (Tier III 10%).

On the Ethereum network, NaraPlaza is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs). Users are just responsible for the security and management of their private Ethereum wallets, as well as approving and confirming all transactions and contracts made through this website. Furthermore, because the NaraPlaza smart contract runs on the Ethereum network, no transactions can be reversed, restored, or undone.

Ownership

You are the sole owner of the NFT. On the Ethereum blockchain, every single Yoshi Nara is an NFT. You fully own the underlying Yoshi Nara, the Art, when you buy an NFT. The ownership of the NFT is exclusively mediated by the Ethereum Network and the Smart Contract: they will never be able to freeze, seize, or otherwise change the ownership of any Yoshi Nara.

Personal use of the NFTs

NaraPlaza LLC provides you a worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, use, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, just for the following purposes: for your own personal, non-commercial use; as part of a marketplace that allows the purchase and sale of your Yoshi Nara / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Yoshi Nara owner’s rights to dilute; as part of a marketplace that allows the purchase and sale or as part of a third-party website or application that allows your Yoshi Nara to be included, involved, or participated in, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each Yoshi Nara owner’s rights to display the Art for their Yoshi Nara to ensure that only the actual owner can view the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the Yoshi Nara owner leaves the website/application.
